As a primary school English teacher, I have been teaching

for several years, and I have gained a lot of valuable

experience during this time. In order to better summarize my

experience and learn from it, I would like to share my

experience in teaching English in primary schools.

Firstly, as a teacher, one must have a clear

understanding of the students' needs and abilities. English

teaching should be based on the foundation of the students'

existing language skills. Based on this, I have designed

lessons that can effectively promote the students' interest

in learning English, and help them develop the ability to

think in English. Through games and other interactive

activities, students can learn new words and sentence

structures, and improve their listening, speaking, reading

and writing skills.

Secondly, in teaching English, it is essential to improve

the students' ability to use the language. Instead of just

focusing on rote memorization, teachers should encourage

students to actively participate in classroom discussions and

practice using the language. I often use real-life situations

and scenarios to teach English, and provide opportunities for

students to use the language in practical situations. This

not only enhances their language proficiency, but also helps

them break down the barriers that often exists when it es to

learning a foreign language.

Thirdly, as a teacher, one must be flexible and adaptable

when it es to teaching English. Learning English is not easy

for students, therefore, teachers should provide extra

support when needed, through one-on-one tutorials for exle.

Additionally, creating a low-stress learning enviro____ent

can greatly help students feel more relaxed and willing to

learn.

Lastly, as a teacher, one must reflect on their own

teaching practice regularly. By reflecting on teaching

methods, one can improve their teaching effectiveness, and

make the learning process more effective and efficient. After

each lesson I taught, I would review and evaluate what went

well, what didn't and why.

In conclusion, English teaching in primary schools

requires a tailored approach that is based on the students'

existing skills. Teachers must be able to supply a rich and

varied learning experience that is also practical and useful

in everyday situations. As a teacher, I will continue to

adjust and update my teaching methods, in order to help

produce better and more concentrated learning experiences for
