Wyatt说他和戴普是好朋友，认识他已经超过25年了。他们合作拍摄了几十部电影，包括所有五部加勒比海盗电影。

Wyatt says he is good friends with Depp, and has known him for more than 25 years. They have worked together on "dozens" of films, including all five Pirates of the Caribbean movies.

"Johnny's great to work with on films. He's always prepared and knows what he wants to do."

Wyatt: Johnny's great to work with on films ... Johnny makes it easy to work with. He comes prepared. He knows what he wants to do with the characters and he works well with the directors.

Wyatt证实戴普因为吵架的缘故稍晚才进剧组拍摄加勒比海盗。他证实该片的拍摄周期不得不延长几周，因为强尼得回洛杉矶养伤，他的指尖被切掉了。

Wyatt testifies Depp was late on the set of Pirates 5, due to arguing. He testifies filming was suspended for several weeks. Wyatt: Johnny had to go back to Los Angeles because ... the tip of his finger had been cut off.

Wyatt testifies Depp wore earpieces on several of the movies he worked on.

He is asked when the first time Depp used an earpiece on set was, and he says it was in a film called The Brave when shooting with actor Marlon Brando, who also wore an earpiece.

He says it was "a long working day" and after Brando was allowed to go home for the day, they ended up playing Brando's performance into Depp's earpiece for him to perform against.

After this, Mr Wyatt says Depp always used an earpiece, but says sometimes it was to play music to him, to help him "get into character".

Wyatt testifies Depp used an earpiece to listen to music while acting "on every movie." Wyatt also testifies he read lines to Depp because, "Sometimes there's not enough time always to remember the lines and learn them" after re-writes.

Sound technician Keenan Wyatt is asked to describe Depp's sense of humour. He says it was very "British" and also "dark". He says he enjoyed shows including Monty Python and The Fast Show, enjoying plays on words and surreal comedy.

Wyatt: They were a loving couple, everything was fine. It was a family. Wyatt testifies he never saw Depp yell at or abuse  Paradis or his children.

Wyatt: We'd drink alcohol quite often. I don't remember his behavior changing. It made him sleepy. Seen him take pills. Saw nothing changing

First met #AmberHeard on set of " The Rum Diary." He said after AH and JD became involved, he didn't see them that much.

7.没见过戴普虐待过其他人&飞机事件描述

Wyatt: I've never seen him be violent toward anybody. Now on to Boston to L.A. flight. Stephen Deuters, Jerry Judge, Savannah (AH assistant) and Wyatt were on the flight. Rode in the car to aiport with Depp and others

Wyatt: on the flight, AH was pouty, giving JD the cold shoulder. At one point I went up to her and said "he cares about you." She responded, "how dare you talk to me." Went back to his seat.

Wyatt称没看到戴普和赫德之间有肢体冲突，酒他们在飞机上都喝了。

Wyatt: didn't see any physical violence between JD and AH on the flight. Alcohol was consumed on flight

8.关于二人的婚礼，没见过赫德身上有过伤

Wyatt参加了两次二人的婚礼，从还见过赫德身上有伤，也没见过戴普出现过暴力行为。

Wyatt went to both weddings of AH and JD. He said he's never seen any marks or bruises on AH. Never seen him be violent. 

称他们结婚是闪婚，戴普的儿子小杰克都没反应过来怎么回事

Wyatt: It was all very quick, we all found out about it at the last moment ... Little Jack didn't understand what was going on.

1.赫德律师团队质疑其不仅是戴普的私人声音技术，还被戴普签进自己的合同以提高报酬

Cross-examination of Wyatt from Team Heard. "Not only are you his personal sound technician but you are named in his contracts to be the sound technician in his films." Wyatt doesn't know. But contracts entered into evidence suggest he was in Depp's contracts.

Bredehoft: do you now how you were paid? Paid through production company. Depp negotiates pay? 

Wyatt says he makes union rate. 

Bredehoft says he ended up with a much higher rate eventually.

Each contract has a guarantee of pay rate and a certain number of hours per week. 

Wyatt claims not to be aware of that.

Bredehoft asks whether he had comparable accommodations to Depp? 

He says no. Hotels were nice. 

Wyatt said he did not know his compensation was in Depp's contract

Dec. 8, 2008 contract with Paramount: Do you remember getting $3,500 per week? 

Wyatt: I get what the union sets as the minimum rate.

Wyatt testifies that his travel and lodging arrangements were paid for, even on movies he did not work on with Depp.

Mr Wyatt is now being asked about Depp's lateness to set on Pirates 5, and he agrees "there were days when he didn't show up for six or seven hours".

Wyatt says Depp was late to set. There could have been days he didn't show up at all. 

Bredehoft: Do you recall him going on a binge with Marilyn Manson for a few days? 

Objection. 

Wyatt: I don't recall

Wyatt says it's significant to suspend production but he doesn't know how it impacted other crew and Disney

Mr Wyatt says: "No, I don't recall. I didn't visit Johnny when we were in Australia... He had a house. I had a condominium in town." The lawyer says so it's fair to say he wasn't aware of what was causing Johnny to be late, or whether he "was taking a lot of drugs". Mr Wyatt agrees.

I do not.

Heard's attorneys are going year-by-year to ask whether Sean Bailey, a Disney executive, had collaborations with Depp. Wyatt testifies, most times, he does not know if there were business dealings post 2016.

Wyatt testifies he has heard of a situation of abuse on the set of the movie "City of Lies." In that, Gregg "Rocky" Brooks, claimed Depp punched him while on location. Wyatt maintains he has not witnessed any abuse.

4.赫德团队询问其关于飞机暴力事件的更多细节

戴普的团队已经就此次航班事件向Wyatt提出了质询Wyatt在证词中表示，赫德当天心情不好。他告诉赫德的律师，她“对我的语气不好”，他对那次航班印象深刻，因为赫德对他说话声音很大。

Depp's team have already questioned Mr Wyatt about the flight, during which testimony Mr Wyatt said that Heard was in a bad mood that day. He tells Heard's lawyer that she "had a bad tone with me" and he remembers that flight in particular because it was one time when Heard raised her voice to him.

The lawyer says in fact it was Depp who was being very rude to Heard, taunting her over her work with actor James Franco (who is scheduled to give evidence later in the case), saying she f***** him, "slipped a tongue in" while kissing him for her role on set and "enjoyed it" and various other vulgarities.

Wyatt表示，情况并非如此。他称，他在飞机上没有与德普“共用一个氧气罐”，也不记得德普在飞机上喝了多少香槟（如果有的话）。

Mr Wyatt says this is not the case. He also says he did not "share an oxygen tank" with Depp on the flight, and cannot remember how much, if any, champagne Depp drunk on the flight.

He says when he got off the plane he cannot remember if Depp had "passed out" or was severely inebriated. Heard's team allege that Depp kicked Heard in the back while on the flight, and ended up "passing out" in the on-board toilet.

Elaine Bredehoft asks Wyatt whether he heard Depp say, "Get f***** with f****** James Franco," to Heard on the plane ride from Boston to Los Angeles. Wyatt testifies he does not recall that, nor any physical abuse at the time.

Bredehoft asks about whether Depp drank or took drugs in the car before the 2014 flight. He knows he drank Red Bulls but not sure that time

Wyatt says he doesn't recall Depp passing out on the flight or kicking AmberHeard.

How many times were you with AH and JD together?

Bredehoft brings up that Wyatt had a relationship with JD's sister, Christi.

Wyatt said he didn't know a wedding between AH and JD was going to happen. He had said it seemed rushed. Wyatt says he didn't know AH's film schedule.
